Ilaria graduated in December 2018 in Labor Sciences, Administration and Management at the State University of Milan.
In 2019 he completed the Master’s degree in Human Resources at the Melius Form Business school, deciding to undertake the professional practice of Labor Consultant, which he concluded in 2023, awaiting qualification.

She joined Braganò & Partners in 2024 after consolidated experience as a Payroll Specialist gained in employment consultancy firms.

She deals with personnel administration, payroll and employment consultancy.
