Paolo was born on June 15, 1979 in Naples.

He graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Messina and completed his studies at the School of Business Management of the L. Bocconi University of Milan (SDA Bocconi), with a course in Personnel Organization and in various Master’s courses on the subjects work and HR Management..

He is a Co-Founder of the Firm, together with his father Ubaldo Mario, who is a former Labor Inspector of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies.

Paolo has lengthy experience in Labor Law and Human Resources and he is a Labour Consultant registered to “Ordine dei Consulenti del Lavoro” since 2002.

He has gained a long experience in Personnel Management and Business Organization in large structured companies, as well as a consultant and HR Advisor for important national and multinational companies, acting in complex corporate restructuring and business reorganization procedures.

He deals with significant company crisis procedures of national importance for all HR aspect.

He publishes many papers and he’s a speaker at conferences and workshops on labour law and social security. He’s also teaches the preparation course for the Labour Consultant state exam. He holds the functions of “CTU” and “CTP” in labour and social security cases.

He is Deputy of the “Fondazione Consulenti per il Lavoro” for the activities of Management of active labour policies, as well as Expert certifier approved by the National Council of the Order of Labour Consultants for the regularity labour relations procedures.

Since September 2022 he has been appointed by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy as Liquidator of Entities.
